1. Program Description
Upboost Lending SMS program delivers text message notifications to customers regarding their application status, schedules appointments, and shares information related to their personal loan requests. Message content may also include time-sensitive alerts or requests for additional information.
2. Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the short code. After sending “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent to your mobile device. If you wish to rejoin the program, you can opt in again at any time by following the original signup process.
3. Help Instructions
For assistance with the SMS service, reply with the keyword HELP, or contact our support team at support@upboostlending.com.
4. Message Delivery Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary based on your interactions. If you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
